The GeoTrail Cadore is a itinerary to discover the places of historical, natural and cultural interest in Cadore. The selected places are 9 and in each one a geocache is hidden, whose page contains the description of the place. All geocaches are officially registered on www.geocaching.com. Before searching for geocaches, download the Geocaching® app on your smartphone, in order to find out their coordinates and other useful information. Registration is free.
If you complete the entire itinerary, deliver your passport to the Museo dell'Occhiale or to the Museo Archeologico della Magnifica Comunità di Cadore and you will receive the GeoTrail Cadore trackable geocoin as a gift! The passport can be collected free of charge at Museo dell'Occhiale or Museo Archeologico della Magnifica Comunità di Cadore, or downloaded from here.

How to play: using the Geocaching® app, choose the geocache you want to find, go to the location indicated by the coordinates and, with the help of other players' comments and photos, find the geocache. When you find a geocache, sign the logbook and log your find on the Geocaching® app adding, if you want, a comment on your experience or a souvenir photo.

In order To complete the GeoTrail Cadore, write on the passport the ‘GeoTrail Cadore XXX’ code that you find on the logbook. In some geocaches you will also find a stamp or a paper punch: use them on your passport as a proof of the discovery of the geocache and then put them back in their geocaches, they will be used by the next player.
Finally put the geocache back in its hiding place, being careful not to be seen by the curious and not to damage objects or property.
